Overview

Think of the Card View as a digital whiteboard where every card tells a story.
Outcomes and projects appear as cards, neatly grouped into category columns. This layout makes it effortless to track work as it moves across phases or organizational levels.

At the company level, you’ll see:

  • Strategic (3-Year) Outcomes — the high-impact goals that shape your organization’s future.

  • Annual (1-Year) Outcomes — the focused milestones that keep you moving toward that vision.

Each card displays its progress bar, owner, and key results, giving you a clear snapshot of how strategy is coming to life.

Use the dropdown menus at the top to:

  • Switch between Business Outcomes and Project Cards.

  • Filter by Annual, Monthly, or Sprint categories.

With this flexibility, you can zoom in or out depending on your role whether you’re driving strategy at the top or executing on the ground. The Card View makes it easy to see how every initiative connects, aligns, and delivers value.

Navigation and Hierarchy

The data displayed on the board depends on your position in the navigation hierarchy on the left panel:

  • Company Level: Shows all strategic and annual outcomes for the organization.

  • Team Level: Displays only the outcomes or projects tied to the selected team.

  • Hierarchy Roll-Up: Outcomes and projects created under a team selected appear in blue, while any child items rolling up from sub-teams display in purple, representing the alignment between levels.

This visual distinction helps executives and team leads instantly recognize which items originate from the selected team and which are inherited from lower levels.

Card Details

Each card on the board includes key information to help track and manage progress:

  • Card ID and Title – Unique identifier and name of the outcome or project.

  • Owner – The assigned user or team.

  • Progress Bar – Percentage completion.

  • Key Results (KRs) – Number of related key results associated with the outcome.

Clicking on a card opens its detailed view, where users can edit, update, or review related information such as KRs, metrics, or dependencies.

Roll-Up and Filtering Options

  • Roll-Up Toggle: When enabled, this consolidates child data under its parent outcome or project.

  • Filters: Use the search or filter icon to narrow results by team, owner, card type, or progress status.

These tools make it easy to focus on specific initiatives or performance areas without losing the big-picture context.

Summary
