The Card View isn’t just about seeing your work it’s about interacting with it!
From brand-new card highlights to drag-and-drop reordering, duplicating outcomes, linking URLs, and restoring deleted cards this view keeps your workflow simple, dynamic, and powerful.

Overview
The Card View provides a dynamic, Kanban-style interface for managing all your cards from Business Outcomes and Projects to Deliverables and Stories.
You can easily:
Highlight newly created cards
Drag and drop to reorder cards
Duplicate outcome cards
Link cards to external URLs
Restore deleted cards
Each of these actions helps you stay agile, maintain visibility, and keep your dashboard perfectly aligned with your goals.
Key Features
New Card Highlight
When you create a new card, it’ll instantly appear at the top of its column with a glowing highlight your visual cue that something new has been added!
The highlight disappears once you open that card or create another one.
Reorder Cards
Need to shuffle priorities? No problem!
Simply click and drag a card to reorder it within the same column.
If Kanban Mode is enabled, you can also drag cards across columns to reflect workflow stages.
(Visit Business Outcomes Dashboard Settings to enable Kanban Mode.)
Copying an Outcome Card
Want to copy an existing outcome? You can!
To Copy:
Click the double-paper icon on the card.
Choose a destination team and column. Remember the same board has to exist for the team selected.
Click Duplicate.
Your cloned card appears instantly in the column you selected same setup, fresh start!
Restore Deleted Cards
Accidentally deleted something important? No worries restoring it is simple!
Click the Settings gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Select Manage Settings → Manage Archive Settings.
Use the date filters to find your deleted card.
Click Restore to bring it back to your dashboard.
If a card has already been restored, it’ll still appear in the list just without the green button.
Scroll right to see who created, deleted, or restored the card (and when).
