Settings: Archive Settings
Purpose
The Archive Settings page provides administrators with a centralized location to view, manage, and restore archived or deleted Business Outcome cards. Rather than permanently removing information, archived cards are retained, allowing organizations to recover work, review historical activity, and maintain an audit trail of changes.
Whether a card was archived intentionally or deleted by mistake, Archive Settings ensures that important business information remains accessible and recoverable.
Business Value
As organizations evolve, Business Outcomes may be archived as initiatives are completed, priorities change, or work is reorganized. However, historical information often remains valuable for reporting, compliance, and future planning.
Archive Settings helps organizations:
- Recover accidentally deleted or archived Business Outcome cards.
- Maintain historical records without cluttering active dashboards.
- Track user activity for auditing and accountability.
- Search archived information using filters.
- Restore Business Outcomes while preserving their history.
By retaining archived information, organizations can confidently manage their work without the risk of permanently losing important data.
