Settings: Archive Settings

Purpose

The Archive Settings feature is your safety net and time machine rolled into one! 
It’s where your deleted or archived cards live safely stored, neatly organized, and ready to be restored whenever you need them.

Think of it as your “undo zone.” Whether a card was deleted accidentally or archived intentionally, you can track its full history, filter for what you need, and bring it back to life with a single click.

Business Case

As a user, you can use Archive Settings to recover deleted cards and maintain visibility into your organization’s data history so that nothing valuable ever gets lost.

From Manage Archive Settings, you can:

  •  View all archived and deleted cards in one centralized place.

  •  Restore cards instantly back to their original location on the dashboard.

  •  See full card details - including who created, updated, archived, or restored each card.

  •  Use date filters to search by a specific time range.

  • Find cards quickly using the filter icon to search by keyword or user.

The archive keeps your workspace clean while ensuring important information is never gone for good it’s organized, recoverable, and completely in your control.

When you click Manage Archive Settings, you’ll enter the archive management view your one-stop space for all previously deleted or archived Business Outcome cards.

At the top of the page, you’ll find powerful filters that help you zero in on exactly what you’re looking for:

  • Date Range Filter: Choose “From” and “To” dates to narrow your results to a specific time period.

  • Search & Filter Icon: Quickly find a card by title, user, or other keywords.

Each archived card displays a detailed history. This transparency makes it easy to see who did what, when perfect for audit tracking, troubleshooting, or accidental deletions.

To Manage Archived Cards

  1. Go to Business Outcomes Settings ⚙️

    • From your dashboard, open Settings and click Archive Settings.

  2. Click “Manage Archive Settings.”

    • This opens your archive management panel.

  3. Use Filters at the Top of the Page

    • Set your Date Range using “From” and “To” fields.

    • Use the Filter icon to search by keywords, tags, or users.

  4. Review Archived Cards 

    • Browse the list of cards to see who created, updated, archived, or restored each one.

  5. Restore a Card 

    • Click the Restore button to bring a deleted card back into your active dashboard view.

    • Once restored, the card retains its original data and history.

  6. Confirm and Refresh 

    • Your restored card will reappear in its original section - just like it never left.
