Settings: Custom Fields
Purpose
The Custom Fields feature lets you make your cards your own!
Every organization is different, and this is where you can add those unique details that make your Business Outcome cards perfectly tailored to you.
Need a department code? A risk score? A special tag that only your team uses? You can build it right here no limits, no clutter, just clean customization that keeps your data personal and powerful.
Business Case
As a user, you can use Custom Fields to create, organize, and manage unique data points on your Business Outcome cards so that your team can capture critical information that supports reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
From this section, you can:
Add new custom fields that appear inside every Business Outcome card.
Reorder fields by simply dragging and dropping them into the order you prefer.
Delete unused fields to keep your setup clean and relevant.
Categorize information under the Custom Fields tab within the card.
These options give teams the flexibility to structure data exactly how they need it ensuring your outcomes stay clear, consistent, and complete.

Overview
When you select Custom Field Settings and click Manage Custom Fields, you’ll enter the workspace where all your custom fields live. Here, you can view existing fields, create new ones, and instantly see how they’ll appear within the Custom Fields tab of your Business Outcome cards.
Each field you add or update is automatically reflected inside every card giving your teams an easy, consistent way to track additional data without manual entry. 🌟
To Manage Custom Fields
Go to Business Outcomes Settings
Open Settings and select Custom Field Settings.
Click “Manage Custom Fields.”
This opens the management drawer where all existing custom fields are displayed.
Add a New Field ➕
Click Add Field and enter the name or type of field you want to include. (ex. text, number, date, dropdown, etc.).
Reorder Fields
Drag and drop fields to organize them in the order you want them to appear on your cards.
Delete Fields
Remove any outdated or unnecessary fields to keep your list tidy.
Save Your Changes
Once saved, these fields will automatically appear under the Custom Fields tab inside each card type at every level.
