Overview

This dashboard serves as the central hub for monitoring organizational performance.
From here, executives can quickly assess progress across key areas such as outcomes, projects, financials, maturity, and dashboards using clear visual indicators and real-time data.

Each tab under the Overall Performance section represents a core dimension of organizational health:

• Outcomes: Measures strategic and operational progress through objectives, key results, and KPIs.

• Outputs/Projects: Displays work delivery performance and project execution status.

• Financials: Tracks spending, budget alignment, and financial progress.

• Maturity: Reflects team and organizational growth based on assessment results.

• Dashboard: Provides a configurable, visual summary of performance metrics.

At the top of the dashboard, users can switch between different view modes depending on how they prefer to interpret the data:

• Card View: Summarized visual representation of outcomes and projects.

• Grid View: Tabular format for detailed data comparison.

• Timeline View: Tracks projects and milestones over time.

• Outcome Tree View: Displays the hierarchy of outcomes and their related key results.

• Scheduler View: Shows work items across calendar-based intervals.

These view options allow executives to explore the same data from multiple perspectives strategic, operational, or executional.

Drill-Down Capability

The Overall Performance Dashboard is not just a summary it’s interactive.
Executives can drill down from the company level to specific portfolios, team of teams, or just teams. Each level reveals more granular data, helping leaders understand both top-level trends and underlying causes driving results.

For example:

• Click into Outcomes to view strategic objectives and their related key results.

• Drill into Projects to see the progress of initiatives and milestones.

• Explore Financials to compare actual vs. planned spending.

Work Type Filter

The Work Type filter allows users to control which types of work are displayed across the Overall Performance Dashboard.

When a Work Type is selected, only data associated with that specific type will be visible across all widgets and views on the page. This ensures that users can focus on the most relevant information without noise from other work categories.

Available Work Types may include:

Strategic – High-level objectives and long-term initiatives
Operational – Day-to-day execution and business operations
Enabling – Supporting work that drives or enables outcomes
Custom Types – Organization-specific categories
View All – Displays all work types combined

By using the Work Type filter, executives can quickly shift perspectives between strategic planning and operational execution, enabling more targeted analysis and better decision-making.
