Overview
The Outputs / Projects Tab provides a quick, visual snapshot of how projects are performing at every level. Each section displays the total number of projects and their percentage of completion, giving you instant insight into progress and productivity.
The left side of each progress bar shows project counts.
The right side displays completion percentages a clear indicator of momentum.
The data begins at the Company Level (your big-picture view) and cascades down through each Team Level for a full, hierarchical perspective of project health and performance.
Company Level
When viewing the Company Level, the dashboard displays all project-related data rolled up from across the organization. This includes every project card type generally Initiative, Projects, Milestone, and Stories (titles subject to change).
You can click the title of a project group to expand and see the projects owned by that team. This structure continues downward, allowing you to drill into projects at the team level for deeper insight.
Interactive Drill-Through
Clicking on any progress bar opens a detailed drill-through view.
By default, this view opens in List View, displaying all projects within the selected category. Each row lists the project name, owner, progress, and status, giving you a complete view of all active projects at a glance.
If a caret (▸) appears next to a project title, you can expand it to see its child projects.
The progress and status columns update dynamically to reflect real-time data.
You can customize columns by selecting the caret in each column and adding a filter to add or remove fields to tailor the information you want to see.
Workstream View
The Workstream View provides an alternative way to visualize projects. It displays projects grouped by category within columns, allowing you to see progress across different workstreams at a glance.
Expand the caret next to any category to reveal all related projects.
The percentage complete at the top of each column shows total progress for that specific category.
This view complements the List View by offering a more structured, workflow-oriented layout.
Drilling Down by Type and Category
At the top of the tab, you can drill down by project type and category to filter your results. This allows you to focus on specific areas such as initiatives, projects, or milestones and view a total count of all cards within that selection.
Color Indicators
Color coding is consistent throughout the platform to make progress easy to interpret:
🟢Green – On Track
🟡Yellow – Watch
🔴Red – Delayed
These visual indicators appear across all views, helping users quickly identify which projects are progressing as planned and which may require attention.
Summary
The Outputs / Projects Tab turns complex project data into a simple, visual story of progress. It keeps teams connected, leaders informed, and projects aligned with strategy helping you turn every plan into measurable results.
