Overview
The Maturity Tab provides a visual snapshot of where teams and individuals stand in their agility journey. It features a half-moon chart that displays an overall maturity percentage a quick, at-a-glance indicator of progress supported by progress bars that break down performance across all five key dimensions:
Clarity
Culture
Foundation
Performance
Leadership
Teams are categorized using the AgilityInsights Maturity Model, which includes five stages:
🐛 Pre-Crawl
🚶 Crawl
🏃 Walk
🦅 Run
🕊️ Fly
These stages represent increasing levels of agility, collaboration, and performance capability.
Drilling into Team Assessments
Users can explore detailed maturity data by clicking directly on the half-moon maturity chart. This opens a detailed view displaying:
- The team or individual that completed the assessment.
- Their overall maturity percentage.
- The competency areas that contribute to their score.
This interactive feature helps leaders understand specific factors influencing team maturity, making it easier to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for additional coaching or support.
Growth Items
Below the main maturity results, the Growth Items section categorizes team improvement actions into three types:
- Team Actions – Improvements identified and owned by the team.
- Organization Actions – Items requiring leadership or organizational support.
- Enterprise Actions – Broader initiatives spanning multiple teams.
Each category includes:
- Count – Total number of actions identified.
- Progress (%) – The percentage of those actions completed.
This breakdown allows teams and leaders to monitor how action items are being implemented and track overall progress on improvement goals.
Switching Between Team and Individual Views
Use the Select Radar dropdown to toggle between Team Health and Individual Health assessments:
- Team Assessment View (Blue): Displays team maturity results and progress.
- Individual Assessment View (Green): Displays maturity levels for individual team members.
The color distinction makes it easy to identify which data you’re viewing and ensures a consistent, visual experience across both perspectives.
Interpreting the Maturity Metrics
Each dimension’s score reflects how well the team or individual aligns with the competency area being measured:
- Higher scores indicate stronger agility, alignment, and overall performance.
- Lower scores highlight areas where additional focus, coaching, or resources may be needed.
Use these metrics to support retrospectives, define coaching strategies, and prioritize growth opportunities for continuous improvement.
Summary
