The Scheduler View displays all project cards on a clean, time-based layout — showing start and end dates across Week, Two-Week, or Month views.
Need to focus on your own tasks? Toggle to My Cards. Want the big picture? Switch back to All Cards to see everything happening across the organization.

It’s perfect for team planning, workload balancing, and making sure every milestone lands exactly when it should.

Viewing Cards on the Scheduler

Each entry on the Scheduler represents a project card, and can include the following types:

  • Initiatives

  • Projects

  • Milestones

  • Stories

Cards are color-coded for easy identification and are grouped under their respective categories. This allows users to distinguish between different types of work quickly while viewing multiple items in one calendar view.

Filtering and Customizing the View

At the top of the Scheduler, you can customize what is displayed using three main filters:

  • Card Filter: Choose between viewing All Cards or My Cards (only those assigned to you).

  • Card Type Filter: Select specific card types, such as Initiatives, Projects, Milestones, or Stories.

  • Category Filter: Narrow your view by selecting a specific category related to the chosen card type.

These filters help you focus on the work that’s most relevant to your role or team.

Adjusting the Calendar Range

The Scheduler offers flexible timeframes for viewing project cards:

  • Week View: Displays cards scheduled within the current week.

  • Two-Week View: Expands the range to show two weeks of activity.

  • Month View: Provides a broader look at upcoming work across the month.

You can navigate between time periods using the arrow buttons at the top of the calendar or return to the current period by clicking Today.

Using the Scheduler for Planning

The Scheduler is ideal for:

  • Tracking team workload and project timelines.

  • Identifying bottlenecks or overlaps in scheduling.

  • Monitoring upcoming milestones and delivery dates.

  • Quickly switching between personal and organizational views.

Teams can use this view to stay aligned and proactively adjust schedules as project demands shift.

Summary

The Scheduler View brings structure and simplicity to scheduling turning timelines into teamwork. With just a glance, you can see what’s ahead, make smart adjustments, and keep your entire organization perfectly in sync. Once your schedule’s set, head over to the Timeline View to see how everything connects across projects!
