Overall Insights 

The Overall Insights dashboard aligns with our Leadership Readout process, and leverages SQL-powered analytics with AI-driven insights. The dashboard not only compiles results; it applies AI-driven analysis to cross-reference data and surface meaningful insights across: 

• TeamHealth
• Structural Agility
• Pulse 

The TeamHealth Insights tab provides key analytics to assess team performance and maturity. The dashboard also highlights trends such as the completion of growth items and the impact of role allocation on performance.

The Structural Agility tab gives insights into Role Allocation, Team Size, and Team Stability based on the allocation settings defined for each role and/or team. 

Pulse Insights focuses on both participation and growth. This tab highlights key trends and insights, helping you track engagement and identify opportunities for development.

Business Outcomes

Executive Dashboard Addition

Obstacles and Risks have now been added to the Outcomes view in the Executive Dashboard, shown below KPIs. Selecting the progress bar will open a grid view listing the description, severity level, and owner. Obstacles and risks will dynamically update, rolling up appropriately while ensuring only strategic items are shown at the highest level.

Outcomes Roll-Up Toggle 

Similar to the Projects and Deliverables card view, the Roll-up toggle is now available at the Outcomes level and introduces a rollup feature that aggregates child items in the Business Outcome card view. Users can expand or collapse the roll-up section for detailed insights, with real-time updates.
