Overall Insights

The Overall Insights dashboard is aligned with our Leadership Readout process, and enables leaders to quickly interpret key trends and make informed decisions to support their teams effectively. The dashboard not only compiles results; it applies AI-driven analysis to cross-reference data and surface meaningful insights. 

The Overall Insights dashboard leverages a combination of OpenAI and SQL-powered analytics, intelligently aggregating and interpreting data from: 

  • TeamHealth Assessments

  • Structural Agility

  • Pulse Assessments 

The dashboard is designed to provide insights at all levels within the left-hand navigation. The feature is controlled through role-based access, with an on/off toggle available for Company Admin, Business Line Admin, Team Admin, and Org Leaders. When enabled for a particular role, users will only have visibility into the teams, programs, and portfolios they have access to. This ensures that each user sees relevant insights based on their role and permissions within the organization.

Hint: Please contact your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature. Only Site Admins can turn on Overall Insights. 

TeamHealth Insights 

The TeamHealth Insights tab in the Overall Insights dashboard provides key analytics to assess team performance and maturity. It includes insights like the average maturity, performance, and agility scores, as well as the percentage of teams with improvements in these areas. 

Additionally, the questions will cross-reference data across Structural Agility to identify gaps and trends, such as the relationship between teams' maturity and performance, and the impact of missing roles and team allocation. The insights help organizations make informed decisions about resource allocation and team optimization, offering both high-level overviews and detailed analysis to guide improvements.


Structural Agility 

The Structural Agility tab is filtered by team work type and provides insights into:

  • Role Allocation 
  • Team Size 
  • Team Stability 

Allocation values are based on the Structural Agility Role Allocation Settings defined by your organization for each role/team. 

You can preview a list of teams along with their stability, displayed based on their stability percentage.


Pulse Insights

The Pulse Insights tab provides a comprehensive view of your team’s performance, focusing on both participation and growth, helping you track engagement and identify opportunities for development. 

This view will also show portfolios with the highest and lowest participation. 


Important Information 

The insights presented will include year-over-year percentages, comparing data from the current quarter to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This allows for a clear understanding of trends and changes over time.

The dashboard categorizes teams based on staffing levels:

  • Fully Staffed Teams: No underallocated or overallocated roles (e.g., Allocation: 8, Under Allocation: 0, Over Allocation: 0).

  • Underallocated Teams: At least one underallocated role (e.g., Allocation: 8, Under Allocation: 1, Over Allocation: 0).

  • Overallocated Teams: At least one overallocated role (e.g., Allocation: 8, Under Allocation: 0, Over Allocation: 1).

  • Mixed (Under & Overallocated) Teams: At least one underallocated and one overallocated role.
