💡 Idea Board: Required Fields for Growth Items
Creating Growth Items (TGI or OGI) from the Idea Board just got easier and more consistent!
- When converting an Idea Board card into a Growth Item, users will now see a pop-up prompting completion of required fields.
- This ensures that all key Growth Plan details are captured right away.
The text from the original Idea Board card will still populate the description field of the Growth Item and can be edited later if needed.
This update helps maintain clean and complete Growth Plans, making it easier to track and act on team initiatives.

✅ Pulse Assessments: Open-Ended Questions Now Available!
We’ve made significant improvements to Pulse Assessments by introducing support for open-ended questions! These enhancements are designed to give teams more flexibility and capture richer feedback.
🧠 Sub-Dimension Comment Box
Team members will now see a comment box for each sub-dimension that includes an open-ended question.
For example, if you include a question within the Culture dimension in the Pulse Assessment, team members will see a prompt to add additional thoughts related to Culture.
🆕 Add Open-Ended Questions from TeamHealth to Pulse
You can also now include additional open-ended TeamHealth questions in your Pulse Assessments. This allows team members to provide thoughtful, qualitative input alongside their ratings.
-
When creating a Pulse, open-ended questions can now be selected in the ‘Finish’ section.
-
You can choose one or multiple of these text questions to include.
-
Bonus! You can customize the question label and question text to best suit your team's needs.
Team Members will see comment boxes for each of the open-ended questions that were included in the Pulse Check setup:
📊 Viewing Pulse Check Results
Team comments entered in open-ended questions are visible at the Team Level within the Answers & Feedback tab of the Pulse Check results.
