Business Outcomes
Outcome Tree View
Introducing the Outcome Tree View — a powerful new view that provides a comprehensive view of your annual outcomes, along with all associated deliverables.
Users can easily track progress and seamlessly add new Outcomes, Key Results, Projects and Deliverables from the tree.
Card Lock
The new Card Lock feature allows users to lock outcome and deliverable cards, making most fields read-only while still enabling collaboration on key sections. When locked, users can still update Obstacles, Checklist, Comments, and Documents, but all other fields remain non-editable.
Card Status
Managing card status just got easier! We’ve streamlined how status is tracked by introducing a single dropdown that dynamically updates progress and visual indicators across all views. Card status will now automatically update when progress is greater than 0%, eliminating the need for manual status updates.
Maturity
The Maturity view in the Overall Performance dashboard provides an intuitive way to analyze organizational performance and maturity metrics. It visualizes data from the selected radar, shows Growth Item counts and progress, and offers an expanded view when users click into the score and progress indicator icons.
Clicking on the maturity bar next to a dimension name will open a grid view displaying competency scores.
Growth items will be categorized into Team Actions, Organization Actions, and Enterprise Actions, each showing a count and progress indicator. Clicking on a progress bar will reveal a grid view of the associated growth items.
Pulse Assessments
Pulse Analysis History
From the Pulse Results page, users can now view past results directly in the Pulse Analysis for easier tracking and analysis of previous data. The dropdown will display the timeframe (Weekly or Monthly) based on the scheduled frequency of the Pulse Assessment.
Pulse Assessment Email Status
The Edit Recipients page now dynamically updates email status to reflect whether emails were sent, bounced, dropped, or delivered, helping users identify invalid addresses, and troubleshoot delivery issues more effectively. Additionally, a report is available to view failed emails for further analysis.

User Alerts and Prompts
Assessment Prompt
A new pop-up prompt reminds users that manually sending an assessment before the assessment start date will grant the team member access to complete the assessment. Users can choose to proceed by clicking 'Yes' to send the email or 'Cancel' to abort the action.
Pulled Growth Item Prompt
A new pop-up message informs users that pulling an OGI or EGI from another team, will remove it from the original team and add it to the current team. The message will confirm the action with the following prompt: "This Growth Item has already been pulled into {team name}. If you continue, the Growth Item will be removed from {team name} and pulled into this team instead. Do you still want to proceed?"
