Structural Agility: Team Stability Time Period
The Team Stability Widget now allows users to view team stability metrics over shorter durations. A new dropdown menu has been added above the Team Stability widget within Structural Agility, enabling users to select a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month view of team stability at any team level from the left hand navigation.
While the 6-month stability score was already available, this enhancement introduces the ability to calculate and display 1-month and 3-month scores as well. This feature empowers users with greater flexibility and precision in analyzing team trends and stability over various timeframes, providing deeper insights for better decision-making.
Structural Agility: Team Stability Details
Within the Team Stability widget, a new hover-over feature has been added at the team level. This provides a quick snapshot of critical team composition details, including the number of original team members, added team members, and those who have been removed from the team.
This information is now readily accessible even when the stability score is 0%. By offering these insights upfront, users can better understand their team’s stability score. Please note, this is not seen at the Multi-Team, Enterprise Team, or N-Tier levels.
Structural Agility: Allocation by Role Filtering
The Allocation by Role widget within Structural Agility now includes an "All" filter option for Work Types, providing a holistic view of team member allocations across multiple Work Types. This enables users to identify individuals who are dedicated to more than one Work Type. Please note, you will not see this option at the team level.
For instance, users can now easily see when a team member, such as a Product Owner, is contributing to both Software Delivery and Service & Support teams. This improved visibility ensures a more accurate understanding of role allocations, helping teams optimize their resources and collaboration across diverse workstreams.
Business Outcomes: Grid View Filter by Color
The Business Outcomes Grid View now includes a dynamic color-filtering feature, designed to help users efficiently sort and view Outcomes and Initiatives by their associated colors. A new dropdown selector allows users to choose one or multiple colors.
This feature also ensures that applied filters persist as users navigate through the Business Outcomes dashboard. When returning to the Grid View, the active filter remains visible in the selector, with the selected color(s) clearly indicated.
Business Outcomes: Duplicating Cards
Users can now easily duplicate cards to other boards by clicking the "Copy Card" icon. The target team and column can be selected, ensuring the card is placed on the correct board. Key attributes like checklists, comments, and custom fields are preserved, while history and linked items are excluded. A confirmation message will appear after the card is successfully copied.
Business Outcomes: Contributing Key Results Notifications
If a Key Result contributes to a parent Key Result, any changes made to the child Key Result's current value will trigger a notification. This notification will be sent to the owner of the parent card and will propose an automatic adjustment to the parent Key Result's outcome.
