In-app Guidance

We launched new in-app guides throughout AgilityHealth. New users will get a Welcome Tour and there are now guides for all users, if they have access to these features:

• Adding or editing a team
• Creating or editing a team-based radar assessment (talent development assessment guides are to come)
• Team-level Assessment dashboard
• Team-level Growth Item dashboard
• Team-level Growth Journey
• Radar results for a team assessment (talent development assessment guides are to come)
• Idea Board
• Growth Portal
• Growth Item dashboard at the company-level

Guides for other areas of the AgilityHealth platform are in the works! 

Resource Center

We also have a new Help icon inside AgilityHealth. In place of the pill icon that said "Help", there is now a large blue question mark. Clicking on the question mark opens the new Resource Center. In the Resource Center there are modules for:

• How do I... - depending on your user type, you will see links to various guides that will walk you through functions in AgilityHealth.
• New to AgilityHealth? If you're new to AgilityHealth, this module will appear and contains onboarding guides.
• Support Center - this is where you can search for help articles while logged into AgilityHealth. A Contact Us button is available to submit a support ticket if necessary.
• Announcements - We use this module to announce enhancements and new features within AgilityHealth.

The Resource Center modules and their contents vary by user type and company permissions.

Please note: Some companies have turned off the Help feature and/or ability to submit a support ticket so you may need to contact your Company Admin for assistance.

Idea Board: Merge Cards

When using Idea Board, if there are multiple cards with similar ideas and you would like to combine them, you can merge cards by clicking and dragging one card onto another. If one or both of the cards have votes on them, the votes will be added together on the new combined card.

If a card already has a Growth Item attached, meaning one of the icons in the bottom right corner of a card has been selected, that card cannot be merged with another card.

Talent Development: Upload Reviewers in Bulk

Talent Development Assessments allow an individual, known as a Participant, to complete a self-evaluation while designated Reviewers also complete an evaluation of the Participant.

A Participant often has many Reviewers and you can now upload Reviewers in bulk. Participants are often already in the assessment, as they are pulled in as members of the team during assessment creation. But you can use the bulk upload method if you need to add multiple Participants to the team as well.
