Cards allow teams to capture strategic goals, initiatives, projects, Key Results, and other work items in a centralized location, ensuring every piece of work is visible, measurable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Each card serves as a collaborative workspace where users can assign ownership, define timelines, monitor progress, and connect work to broader business outcomes. Once created, cards are immediately available throughout the platform, including dashboards, hierarchy views, reports, and performance tracking.

With the Create a Card feature, you can:

• Create Business Outcomes, Initiatives, Projects, Key Results, Stories, Milestones, and other configured work items.
• Assign owners and supporting teams to establish accountability.
• Set start and end dates to track timelines and milestones.
• Link child cards to parent cards to build a structured hierarchy.
• Connect Project Cards to Key Results to align execution with strategic objectives.
• Add descriptions, comments, and supporting documentation.
• Upload documents or add links for easy access to supporting resources.
• Capture financial information, budgets, and costs (if enabled).
• Identify dependencies, obstacles, and risks that may impact delivery.
• Organize cards using tags for filtering, reporting, and board placement.
