Outputs / Projects Tab

The Outputs / Projects Tab provides a centralized view of execution activities across the organization, allowing leaders and teams to monitor the health, progress, and performance of work being delivered. By consolidating Initiatives, Projects, Milestones, and Stories into a single dashboard, users can quickly assess delivery status, identify potential issues, and understand how execution efforts support strategic objectives.

The tab presents key project metrics, including project counts, completion percentages, status indicators, and progress tracking. Interactive drill-down capabilities enable users to explore detailed project information, including owners, statuses, timelines, and real-time updates, making it easier to understand what is driving performance and where attention may be required.

Status Indicators

The Outputs / Projects Tab uses visual status indicators to help users quickly assess project health:

• 🟢 Green – On Track
• 🟡 Yellow – At Risk
• 🔴 Red – Delayed

These indicators provide immediate visibility into projects that may require additional attention or intervention.

Project Calculations

The Outputs / Projects Tab includes calculated metrics that help measure execution progress and project performance. Examples may include completion percentages, progress calculations, status rollups, project counts, and aggregated metrics across initiatives, projects, milestones, and stories.

Calculation logic may vary depending on project configuration, completion status, weighting, and rollup rules established within the platform.
