Executive Dashboard Guide Feature
Purpose
The Guide feature allows organizations to provide users with quick access to important resources directly from the Executive Dashboard. Administrators can configure a custom URL that appears as a Guide button, giving users a convenient way to access training materials, documentation, onboarding content, support articles, or other organizational resources without leaving the platform.
By placing helpful information directly within the Executive Dashboard, organizations can improve user adoption, reduce support requests, and ensure users always have access to the information they need.
Business Case
Organizations often maintain training materials, process documentation, support articles, and onboarding resources outside of the platform. Users may struggle to locate these resources when they need assistance, resulting in delays, confusion, or unnecessary support requests.
The Guide feature solves this problem by allowing administrators to surface important resources directly within the Executive Dashboard.
Benefits include:
- Centralized access to training and support materials.
- Improved user onboarding.
- Increased platform adoption.
- Reduced support inquiries.
- Faster access to organizational resources.
- Consistent communication across teams.
By making resources easily accessible, organizations can improve the overall user experience and help teams work more efficiently.
