This view consolidates:

• Key Results or KPIs
• Projects
• Risks and Obstacles

All in one easy-to-understand dashboard.

The Teams Tab solves this by providing a clear, organization-wide snapshot of performance without needing to open each team individually.

Objective

The goal of the Teams Tab is to give leaders the ability to:

✔ Understand how teams contribute to strategic objectives
✔ Monitor key results or KPIs across the organization
✔ Track projects tied to strategic initiatives

This allows executives to quickly determine where to focus attention and support.

What the Teams Tab Shows

The Teams Tab mirrors the Overall Performance → Outcomes view, but displays it across all teams in a single executive-friendly dashboard.

This means leaders can easily see how strategy is being executed throughout the organization.

Strategic Objectives

At the top level, you’ll see the Strategic Objectives that define your organization’s key priorities.

These objectives represent the high-level outcomes your organization is working to achieve.

Each team contributes to these objectives through:

• Key Results or KPIs
• Projects
• Strategic initiatives

This ensures everyone across the organization is aligned toward the same goals.

Key Results & KPIs

Under each objective, you’ll find Key Results or KPIs that measure progress.

Users can easily switch between:

• Key Results
• KPIs

using the dropdown controls available on the page.

These two options are interchangeable views, giving users flexibility to analyze performance using the measurement method that best fits their organization.

This allows leaders to quickly see:

• How teams are performing against targets
• Which metrics are progressing well
• Where performance may require attention

Projects

Projects represent the initiatives or work efforts teams are executing to achieve their objectives and key results.

From the Teams Tab, leaders can quickly see:

• Which projects support each strategic objective
• The progress of those projects
• How initiatives are contributing to outcomes

This helps executives understand how strategy turns into execution.

Risks & Obstacles

The Teams Tab also highlights risks and obstacles that may impact progress.

This visibility allows leaders to quickly identify:

• Challenges teams are facing
• Potential delays in projects or key results
• Areas where leadership support may be needed

By surfacing risks early, the organization can proactively address issues before they impact outcomes.

Navigating the Team Hierarchy

On the left side of the page, users can select the team they want to view using the team hierarchy dropdown.

This allows users to easily navigate through:

• Company level
• Portfolio teams
• Team-of-teams
• Individual teams

Selecting a team updates the dashboard to show that team’s strategic performance snapshot.

Work Type Selection

The Teams Tab also allows users to switch between different work types depending on how strategy is structured within the organization.

Using the Work Type dropdown, users can toggle between views such as:

• Strategic work
• Functional work

This flexibility ensures users can analyze team performance based on the type of work being executed.
