Talent Development Assessments: Roll-up Radar Filter Colors

Previously, when reviewing the roll-up radar results of a Talent Development assessment, when engaging the filter and reviewing the results for Participants and Reviewers, the colors for those results were so close together, it was hard to tell which line belonged to Participants and which belonged to Reviewers.

We have updated the colors of both results lines and they are now easily distinguishable. The Participants line is blue and the Reviewers line is yellow. The average line for Participants and Reviewers together remains red.

Idea Board: Growth Item Category Options

In response to customer feedback, we have removed the 'Individual' Growth Item Category option from Idea Cards in Idea Boards for team assessments. The options are now 'Team' and 'Organizational'.

You can still select 'Individual' as a Growth Item Category when creating a Growth Item in the team's Growth Plan, we just removed the option from Idea Cards for team assessments. The Growth Item Category options on Idea Cards in Idea Boards for talent development assessments remain 'Individual' and 'Management'.

Custom Growth Item Types

A company can now create its own Growth Item Types in AgilityHealth. Once this feature is enabled, Growth Item Types can be added, changed, or deleted by Company Admins.

Please work with your Customer Success Manager to learn more about this process. Changes made in this area will affect all Growth Items in the company. You can read more about Custom Growth Item Types here.
