Dashboard: Team Performance Grid
Purpose
The Team Performance Grid, also known as the Maturity Metrics widget, provides a real-time view of team health, performance, and delivery effectiveness. By bringing together key metrics from across the platform into a single, color-coded dashboard, leaders and teams can quickly understand how they are performing and where improvements may be needed.
Instead of reviewing multiple reports or spreadsheets, users can monitor performance across strategic execution, sprint delivery, planning discipline, quality, engagement, and platform adoption from one centralized location.
The Team Performance Grid transforms performance data into clear, actionable insights that help organizations improve predictability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
