Talent Development Assessments: Reviewer Role Selection
Previously, even if a Reviewer for a Talent Development assessment had a role assigned, the Reviewer was still asked to pick a role when taking the assessment to review a Participant. This led to the Reviewer's role choice overriding what role had been assigned to them previously and some Reviewers being asked multiple times for the same information.
We have enhanced the functionality for Talent Development assessments so that if a role is assigned to a Reviewer, the Reviewer will not be asked to pick a role when taking the assessment.
To add a role to Reviewers when creating a new Talent Development assessment:
On the Add Reviewers screen on step 2 of creating the assessment, click Add Reviewers under any Participant to add Reviewers for that Participant.
In the module that appears, you can search for an existing AgilityHealth user assigned to your company, or choose to Create a New Reviewer.
If you create a new Reviewer, you can add a role from the dropdown at that time.
If you choose to add an existing AgilityHealth user from the Search bar as a Reviewer, you must add that Reviewer for the Participant first. Check the box next to their name and click Add Selected.
Once you are back on the main Add Reviewers screen and not in the popup window, you can hover over the Action column in the Reviewer's row, click the pencil icon to edit, and then add a role to that Reviewer from the role dropdown in the popup window that appears after you click to edit.
To add a role to a Reviewer in an already created or published Talent Development assessment, go into the roll-up for the Talent Development assessment to edit:
On the Participants/Reviewers screen, hover over the Action column in the row of the Reviewer you wish to edit and click the pencil icon. This will enable a popup window to appear where you can select the role you wish to assign to that Reviewer from a dropdown menu.
If a Reviewer does not have a role assigned, they will be asked to select one, if that feature is enabled for your company, before taking the assessment.
