How can we help you?

February 9, 2022

Info: AgilityHealth releases enhancements and new features, along with bug fixes, every Wednesday at 5 PM CT. Any items our customers should be aware of are posted on Thursdays. Not all weeks will have customer-facing items and on those weeks, no release notes will be posted.

Talent Development Assessments: Adding New Participants

Previously, when adding a Participant to a Talent Development assessment (when creating from scratch or when editing an existing batch), you could only add Participants to the assessment if they were already AgilityHealth users within your company. Additionally, adding a Participant did not add the Participant to the team to be included on assessments in the future.

We have enhanced the functionality for Talent Development assessments to allow you to add both existing and non-existing AgilityHealth users as Participants to these assessments, while simultaneously adding them to the team. This allows you to easily add a new Participant as a user in AgilityHealth and adds every new Participant to the team roster for future assessments.

Idea Board: Text on Growth Item Cards

Initially, when creating a Growth Item Card in the Idea Board, the text typed into the white space of the card would populate as the Growth Item Title in the Growth Plan and there was a character limit. We have updated this functionality so that any text typed into the Growth Item Card will populate the Description of the Growth Item in the Growth Plan and there is no character limit.

Once you have chosen a Category for your Growth Item Card and the item is populated in the Growth Plan for the team or individual, you can go to the Growth Plan and edit the Growth Item to add the title, expand the description, add acceptance criteria, etc.
