Growth Items: Category Update

When creating growth items for team-based radars, we previously had three categories: Individual, Team, and Organizational. Additionally, an organizational growth item could be elevated by a multi-team to the category of Enterprise. 

The category of Individual has now been removed as an option when creating team growth items, while the categories of Team, Organizational, and Enterprise remain.

All existing team-based radar growth items with the category of Individual have been updated to the category of Team automatically. 

The categories for creating talent-development radar growth items remain unchanged.
