Talent Development: Growth Journey for Participants
Enhancements have been made to the growth journey for teams of participants taking talent development assessments and a growth journey has been added for participants themselves.
The growth journey for a team of participants can be accessed via the Growth Journey tab available when on the team's assessment dashboard. If the team of participants has taken more than one type of talent development assessment, the radar type can be selected in the dropdown at the center top of the page. The green arrows allow filtering to compare assessments.

Idea Board: Voting Enhancements
Exciting enhancements have been made to the Idea Board! Facilitators assigned to the assessment can now set the number of votes allowed per team member. Facilitators can also reset the votes on all cards for all team members. These options will appear for Facilitators immediately upon entering Idea Board.
Team members can now vote more than once per card and can delete individual votes on cards if necessary. Team members will only see the Sort Votes button, Total Votes, and Votes Left. These options appear for team members after at least one growth item card has been added to the Idea Board.

Growth Item: Pull Committed Growth Items
You can now pull a growth item with a status of "Committed" into multi-team and enterprise team growth plans.
Previously, if a team had marked an organizational growth item as committed, a multi-team was not able to pull this item into their growth plan and if a multi-team marked an enterprise growth item as committed, an enterprise team was not able to pull this item into their growth plan.
