Details:

  • Under Allocated vs Fully Staffed Teams - Underallocated teams are teams having at least one role that is currently underallocated (ie., actual allocation < target). Fully staffed teams are teams that have no roles that are overallocated or underallocated. The calculation is as follows: 1. Identify which teams are fully staffed and which teams are underallocated 2. Calculate the average maturity and performance of both categories (fully staffed and under-allocated teams)
  • Fully Staffed Team Growth - Calculated as the average Agility Index, Maturity, and Performance Growth % of fully staffed teams (ie., having no roles that are over allocated or under allocated)
  • Missing PO/Business Analysts - Calculated as the average Agility Index, Maturity, and Performance of teams having at least one role as 'Product Owner' or 'Business Analyst' and teams having no role as 'Product Owner' or 'Business Analyst'
  • Missing Test Engineers - Calculated as the average Agility Index, Maturity, and Performance of teams having at least one role as 'Test Engineers' and teams having no role as 'Test Engineers'
  • Business Implications - Calculated by identifying underallocated teams and comparing the difference between teams having the role 'Product Owner' and not having the role 'Product Owner'
