We know that a rebrand can bring up many questions. Our goal is to help guide you through the upcoming changes, including custom domains, SSO, and other platform updates, to ensure a smooth transition.

Custom Domain & SSO 

Will there be a schedule for custom domain and SSO updates?

Yes, we will work with you to set a timeline that aligns with your schedule. Please note that you may need resources from your team to complete the SSO configuration.

If you’re in your planning cycle, please let us know so we can begin coordinating. 

What do we need to do for the SSO transition?

You’ll need to coordinate with your internal teams to set up SSO, similar to when you first configured it. This will involve exchanging metadata and confirming a cutover date.

Can we continue assessments during the SSO cutover?

Yes, assessments can continue during the cutover, but we recommend making the change after hours to minimize disruption.

Do we need new SSO certifications?

Yes, new certificates will need to be issued, and metadata will need to be exchanged as part of the process.

Do we need to update tokens?

No, token updates are not required.

Communication Updates

Will communications from the platform be updated to the new AgilityInsights email?

Yes, all communications will come from the AgilityInsights email.

Do we need to update any customizations related to platform communications?

We’ll ensure all custom domain and platform updates are communicated in advance. If you have direct links in your internal systems, please note that redirects will be in place but should be updated eventually.

APIs

Are any changes required for APIs?

We will continue supporting the current APIs through 2025 to give our customers time to update to the new API endpoints. 

Will Swagger links change?

Both the new and old Swagger links will remain available.

Jira Integration

Are there any impacts to Jira integrations?

No, there are no changes required for Jira integrations.

Reports

Will reports be impacted by the new domain?

No, reports will remain unaffected, including those that are scheduled to be emailed.

AHU & Courseware

Current certification group links will be automatically redirected to the new AgilityInsights URL link. Our AHF certification designation will not change, although we will update the content brand and wording.
