How can I group team assessments together into a Campaign?

Assessments can be grouped together to form a Campaign. A Campaign can be useful when a company is rolling out baseline assessments for a long period of time throughout the organization, for example. A Campaign could also be useful in grouping assessments together to see progress over time, such as baseline assessments, six months later, one year later, etc. 


Add Assessments to a Campaign

If Campaigns have been created for your company, you can add Assessments to the campaign. When creating an Assessment, you can select a Campaign from the Campaign dropdown on the Assessment Profile page. This may or may not be a required field, depending on your company's settings.

You can add existing Assessments to a Campaign by editing that assessment

Click the Edit button in the Assessment Profile section and choose the Campaign from the Campaign dropdown.

Create a Campaign

Company Admins can turn Campaigns on for their company by visiting the Manage Features section in Settings. Once Campaigns are turned on, a new section called Manage Campaigns will appear in Settings.

To create a campaign, click View Campaigns under Manage Campaigns in Settings. Then click Add New.

In the pop-up window that appears, enter a unique Campaign Name, a description of 500 characters or less, choose a Start Date and choose an End Date. Click Save.

Your Campaigns will appear in a table once created. To edit a Campaign, click the pencil icon in the Commands column. To delete a Campaign, click the X in the Commands column.

View Campaign Data

Important: The dashboard mentioned below, the Insights - Team Agility Dashboard, was sunset on June 12, 2024. Our new campaign management feature is currently in beta - learn more here.

You can view data from your Campaigns on the Insights - Team Agility Dashboard. Change the toggle in the upper right hand quarter to View by Campaigns. Then select which Campaigns you would like to see data for from the dropdown. You may select up to 12 Campaigns. The data in the first 9 widgets, or 3 rows, will change. The Growth Item widgets are not affected.

You can also view Campaign data at the Multi-Team or Enterprise-Team level by visiting the Growth Journey tab for a Multi-Team or Enterprise-Team roll-up. Choose Campaigns in the Compare dropdown to view the data from Campaigns on the timeline.
