Business Outcomes Gen AI is our latest AI-powered feature designed to streamline the creation and refinement of key objectives. With this tool, you can generate, summarize, and enhance Business Outcomes, Projects, and Milestones to make them more actionable, measurable, and relevant.

Business Outcomes Gen AI is only available on Business Outcomes, Projects, and Milestone cards. This feature is not included on Initiatives and Story level cards. Please note, some of these labels may have changed to match your company standard. 

About Business Outcomes Gen AI

Business Outcomes Gen AI leverages OpenAI's Large Language Model (LLM) to provide meaningful insights directly within your platform.

How to Use Business Outcomes Gen AI 

Once the feature is enabled, the Ask AI button will appear on relevant cards in the top right corner. 

Business Outcomes Cards 

If you have pre-filled content in a Business Outcomes card, Business Outcomes Gen AI provides enhancement options for:

• Outcome Title
• Outcome Description
• Key Results
• Projects/Deliverables

Steps to Use:

• Input a Problem Statement: Describe the problem.
• Generate a Response: The AI will suggest a solution-oriented response.
• Accept the AI Response: Click Accept to paste the generated content into the card.

Projects Cards 

On Projects Cards, Business Outcomes Gen AI provides enhancement options for:

• Title
• Description 
• Key Results 
• Deliverables 

Descriptions are structured in a What, Why, and Who format. 

Please note, Projects label may have been renamed to fit the company standard. 

Milestone Cards 

On Milestone Cards, Business Outcomes Gen AI provides enhancement options for:

• Title
• Description 
• Key Results

Additional Features 

• Regenerate Options: You can refine the AI response further by regenerating the current response, or by selecting:
  • More Actionable
  • More Quantifiable
  • More Short
  • More S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
